Translating a logistical pivot into a brand evolution.


CHALLENGE

The festival was moving. Jacksonville’s premier food event was relocating from a downtown park to the Southbank Riverwalk to partner with the Museum of Science and History. The venue was already decided — the question was whether 30,000 attendees would follow.


The move became the story. “The Most Delicious Duo” positioned the relocation as a convergence of culture and cuisine — not a logistics problem. Sponsor retention held. Attendance followed.
