    At 20, I got hired by Sun Microsystems into their documentation program—not because I had an engineering degree, but because I could translate technical complexity into clear communication. My first publication was the Sun Cluster Data Services Installation and Configuration Guide. I earned an M.S. in Rhetoric from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

    I spent the next decade moving through B2B tech—building brands for startups, writing GAMP-compliant documentation in Limerick, Ireland (J&J, Pfizer), leading high-stakes proposal strategy for global staffing firms, and eventually architecting content systems that drove organic growth and earned Fast Company recognition.     Now I work from North Central Florida (gator country), helping B2B tech companies escape the AI slop onslaught and build brands that sound like humans wrote them. My throughline is translation—creating shared meaning between machines and people.
